Description

Bolling AFB intends to procure sports official services for the youth sports program. The period of performance shall be for 12 months (01 October 2006 through 30 September 2007). Offerors shall meet the requirements and qualifications in the forthcoming Solicitation. This acquisition will be accomplished in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation, and is 100% set aside for Small Business. The applicable North American Classification System (NAICS) Code is 713990. The corresponding Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code is 7999. The small business size standard is $6.5 million. This solicitation will be distributed solely on the World Wide Web at the following address beginning on or after 31 July 2006: http://www.fbo.gov. Closing date of this solicitation will be 20 calendar days after the issue date. NO PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE MAILED. No fax/telephone requests will be accepted. Prospective Offerors will be asked to register for this solicitation at the above referenced web site. This notice does not obligate the Government to pay for any proposal preparation costs. No obligation may be incurred until FY07 funds have been certified. All funds are Subject to Availability of funds, FAR 52.232-18. **NOTE: ALL PROSPECTIVE OFFERORS MUST HAVE A COMMERCIAL AND GOVERNMENT ENTITY (CAGE) CODE AND BE REGISTERED IN THE CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION BY THE PROPOSAL DUE DATE, AS PRESCRIBED IN DFAS 252.204-7004, IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD.
