- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a more detailed solicitation is available on the Federal Technical Data Solutions (FEDTEDS) Web Page at http://www.fedteds.gov/ or at https://www.fedteds.gov/fedteds/start.nsf/frm.VendorLogin?OpenForm&SolicitationNumber=W912HZ-06-T-00 41 , which includes exhibits that could not be posted at this site. Offerors should check the FEDTEDS Web Page often for new solicitations and/or changes (AMENDMENTS) to existing ones. Solicitation Number W912HZ-06-T-0041 is being issued as a request for q uotation (RFQ) with the intent to award as a simplified acquisition. The solicitation document and incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-11. This procurement is a 100% set-aside for small business concerns under NAICS Code 532412 (SIC 7353) with a size standard of $6,500,000. A team from ERDC Vicksburg, MS will be conducting flight testing with the C-17 aircraft at field test sites in support of the C-17 Semi-Prepared Runway Operations II (SPRO II) Program. During testing, the runway surface must be maintained to minimum standards to ensure quality data is collected. In order to complete this testing, the equipment listed below is required to be delivered to the Fort Hunter Liggett, California tes t site and picked up from the tests site upon completion. The equipment should be compatible for use in soil and aggregate earthwork operations. The test at Fort Hunter Liggett, California will be conducted from 7 September 23 October 2006.
