Description

The work consists of constructing a new paved parking facility and viewing areas. Work includes grading, site preparation, paving, site drainage and guardrail installations. Project price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. NAICS: 237310. Project site is located at the existing Split Rock Lake Recreation area north of Loomis, Washington, Spokane District, Washington. Estimated start work is October 2, 2006 and performance time is 30 calendar days. Bonds are required - Bid Bond: 20%; Performance Bond: 100%; and Payment Bond: 100%.
