Description

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Austin Submission Processing Center and five other locations in proximity to the Center has a requirement for Rubbish Removal and Recycling of all trash, rubbish, waste paper, cardboard boxes, security waste, non-security waste, shredded materials and other debris. Contractor shall provide all equipment, material, personnel, management and supervision. All storing, sorting, and destruction of waste/recycling shall be performed off-site. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 562119 and the size standard is $10.0. The contract is for a base year period from contract award through September 30, 2007, with four (4) one-year optional periods not to exceed 60 months. The solicitation is expected to be available on/about/after August 11, 2006. A site visit will be scheduled and information on date and time will be available in the solicitation; all interested parties are strongly encouraged to participate in the site visit. In addition, all interested parties shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database. The website to register is http://www.ccr.gov.
