Description

LEASE SPACE TO THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT REQUIREMENT: The General Services Administration is interested in leasing 750 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet of Class A space for the Federal Communications Committee in Chesapeake, Virginia. LEASE TERM: Ten years with full termination rights by the Government after the 5th full year of occupancy. DELINEATED AREA: East of Battlefield Blvd., West of Centerville Turnpike, South of Interstate 64, and North of Mt. Pleasant Rd. (Greenbriar area of Chesapeake). SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS 1. A 20 x 20 section of the building?s roof must be allocated for placement of FCC antennas. 2. Contiguous, secure inside, exclusively marked parking space shall be made available on a 24 hour basis for the government owned vehicles assigned to the office.
