REQUIREMENT: The General Services Administration is interested in leasing 15,700 ANSI/BOMA square feet of Class A warehouse and office space for the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) in Fredericksburg, Virginia. LEASE TERM: 10 years with full termination rights by the Government after the 5th full year of occupancy. DELINEATED AREA: The space shall be located within a 5 mile radius of Stafford Courthouse in Stafford, Virginia.
