- *THIS SOLICITATION NOTICE IS AN UPDATE TO A PREVIOUSLY RUN ON JULY 26, 2006 SOLICITATION 5CA0642. * THIS SOLICITATION REMOVES THE WORD "MINIMUM" OF 31,903 BOMA USABLE SQ. FT. The United States Government seeks to lease office space consisting of a between of 31,903 rentable sq. ft and 41,793 rentable sq. ft in Fresno, CA within the following designated area: The Central Business District of Fresno, CA. The space must yield 31,903 BOMA usable sq. ft. Surface parking is required for a minimum of 16 employee vehicles. The proposed lease is for 15 years, 10 years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than October 1, 2007. Space must be Class A modern office space. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. The Government does not occupy property located in a Flood Plain. Please submit proof/certification that property is not located in a Flood Plain. Brokers or agents may represent the prospective landlord, but any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent the building?s ownership. Expressions of interest should include all of the following: 1. Building name and address 2. Rentable square feet and rate per rentable square foot 3. Method of measurement used to determine rentable square feet 4. Common Area Factor (s) for available space by floor if applicable.
