Description

Contractor to provide all necessary labor and material to develop a facilities requirements analysis and facility utilization plan that addressed both the Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center (JMTC) and all administrative and storage facilities (Garrison) on Rock Island Arsenal located in Rock Island IL. Study to consist of the following: A facilities requirement analysis and facility utilization plan for the JMTC (factory); a facilities requirement analysis and a facility utilization plan for S torage and Administrative Facilities (Garrison). Study to be completed within 12 months from date of award. Solicitation to be issued on a full and open competition basis. All responsible offerors who submit a proposal/quote will be considered. In ord er to receive an award from the Department of Defense, all vendors must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to award. Vendors can register in CCR at: http://www.ccr.gov. Oral requests for solicitation package will not be honored.
