- The South Dakota Natural Resources Conservation Service is issuing this modification to extend the date for submission of offers to August 9, 2006 at 5:00 p.m. CT in order to allow Offerors the opportunity to review the latest information and make adjustments as necessary. Attached pleased find the wage rate for equivalent federal hires which was inadvertently left off the original soliciation package. The federal wage rate equivalent would be cartographic technician according the July 27, 2006 wage rate information. We are also providing information on those field offices where we have estimates of the work to be performed. The site is as follows: http://www.sdgs.usd.edu/register/index.html. The information is free to registered users. Users can register online free of charge for this information. Additionally, the Farm Service Agency's digitized common land unit (CLU) datasets will be made available to the successful bidder for use when developing the digitized product.
