Description: Battelle Memorial Institute (Battelle), in connection with Battelle's operation and maintenance of the U.S. Department of Energy's Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) at Richland, Washington under Contract No. DE-AC05-76RLO1830 has need for Estimating Services during design and construction of new laboratory/office space housing physical sciences capabilities on the PNNL campus. This project is a federal, incrementally funded multi-program research facility that must follow the DOE Order 413.3 Critical Decision Process integrating federal approval at critical decision points. The size of the facility will be approximately 335,000 gross square feet (gsf) with 175,000 net square feet (nsf) of laboratories (including radiological) and offices, housing approximately 455 staff.
