- Provide all tools, equipment, materials and labor to upgrade perimeter lighting at USCG Shore Side Detachment Pine Bluff, Jefferson County, Arkansas. The work includes, but is not limited to: a). Replace one existing street light with two 400 watt HPS flood light; b). Install one new twenty-five foot aluminum light pole with two 400 watt HPS flood light; c). Replace existing 400 amp panel with new 200 amp panel; d). Modify feeder to existing transformer and relocate shore-tie receptacle. The estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. This solicitation is 100 percent set-aside for Small Business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 2002 code is 238210 with a size standard of $13 million.
