The firm should be able to provide the following services: project coordination through a single contact person; initial instructional design document including the interactive course outline and technical requirements and guidelines; interface design; storyboards including audio script and programming notes; media development, including audio, video, and graphics; programming/production; and testing and quality assurance. The National Transit Institute (NTI) is seeking a firm that has the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, provide fast turnaround, and produce projects on schedule and within budget. The firm must be willing to provide an individual who will serve as the representative for all projects. NTI requires a firm that will provide high quality applications with a consistent graphic identity and user interface, maintaining and enhancing it across projects, so that individual programs have both NTI branding and coherence. Experience in producing front line employee health and safety training is preferred. Familiarity with a university environment and experience in producing applications oriented to a transit or transportation environment is an asset.
