Description: Furnish all labor, tools, material equipment and supervision to Replace Windows in Buildings 14 & 16 at the Carl Vinson VA Medical Center, Dublin, GA, in accordance with drawings and specifications. Work includes removal of old steel sashes and a pan over of steel frame using a new aluminum frame which will accept new aluminum low "e" energy efficient windows. Solicitation package and drawings will be available for download on or about August 14, 2006. Cost range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. No hard copies of the solicitation or drawings will be provided. All responsible SDVOSB sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by DVA. NAICS Code 238150 size standard $13.0 million applies. See numbered note 29.
