- Description
- Provide all labor, material, equipment, expert supervision to Remodel 4 North Same Day Surgery and Exam Rooms at the VAMC, 2501 W 22nd Street, Sioux Falls, SD 57105. Work will include, but is not limited to the following: Completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition, general construction, alterations and all necessary work as shown in the contract drawings and specifications. All work including final clean up is to be completed within 274 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). NAICS 236220 applies?size standard is $31 million. Bid Bond will be required in the amount of 20% of bid and Performance and Payment bonds will be required upon award of contract. Award is subject to availability of funding. The estimated dollar value of this procurement is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Specifications and drawings will be uploaded on or about July 31, 2006.
