- This requirement is for completing the additions and alterations of the fitness center at Arnold AFB TN. Work includes a 3,600 square foot pre-engineered metal building addition and modifications to the existing building to accommodate requirements for size and usage. The performance period shall be 210 calendar days after issuance of notice to proceed. The estimated construction magnitude is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Award is pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The bid opening date will be 30 calendar days after issuance of the solicitation.
