Description: This presolicitation notice is amended as follows: this requirement no longer is intended to be fulfilled by an Invitation for Bid (IFB) due to a decrease in scope. The RFQ will be posted at the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi on or around Tue 01 Aug 06. Therefore there will not be an IFB numbered W912CD06B0002 to Repair the Fire Alarm System at Devens Reserve Force s Training Area (RFTA), MA nor will there be a site visit on 03 Aug 06. This amendment to the presolicitation notice cancels the proposed IFB in its entirety.
