- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes ar e being requested. Solicitation number W912P8-06-T-0133 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-11. This solicitation is a Name Brand or Equal UNRESTRICTED requirement. NAICS code 234990 and the business size standard is $31.0 Million. SIC Code is 7353. CLIN UNIT TOTAL NO. DESCRIPTION QTY PRICE AMOUNT 0001 60ft. under bridge 1 EA inspection unit, Aspen Model UB60 or EQUAL with operator(s) for the Old River Lock Bridge Inspection. -Specifications/Work Statement REQUIREMENTS: Equipment has a 60 ft horizontal reach, 50 ft. vertical up reach, 70 ft. vertical down reach and requires only 8 ft. of roadway to setup. It has a 40 inch by 60 inch heated platform mounted on fourth boom that can reach 10 ft. up in between girders. The rental of this unit is required for 14 calendar days at 10 hours per day. Quoted price shall include equipment rental rate, rates of operator(s) and all overtime that is applicable, mobilization and demobilization costs, and per diem costs. Quote shall s tate how long it will take for delivery of equipment to the inspection site (Old River Lock, Lettsworth, Louisiana).
