- Description
- The work consists of the removal of approximately 1,800,000 cubic yards of dredging with a hopper dredge that is comprised of maintenance material from 12,600 feet of project channel with variable widths of 400 to 600 feet to required depths of 37 to 49 feet below mean low tide and 2 feet of allowable overdepth. Material will be deposited in open water placement areas. The estimated completion time is 90 calendar days. Solicitation issue date is 15 August 2006. Solicitation open date is 14 September 2006 @ 2:00 PM in Room 389C. The estimated cost range for this project is from $1,000,000 - $5,000,000. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to this project is 237990. The Small Business Size Standard is $18.5 mil lion and will be advertised, Unrestricted . Plans and specifications will not be available in paper format or on compact disc.
