Description

This is a pre-solicitation notice for a contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation and supervision necessary for the complete repointing of approximately 1155ft2 of interior and exterior brick walls of the Clark Memorial, located within the boundaries of the George Rogers Clark National Historical Park, 401 South Second Street, Vincennes, Indiana. Work will include, but is not limited to, repointing interior brick walls and repairing portions of the wall containing loose bricks in the Memorial attic. A full description of all work will be identified in the Request for Quotation. All work required shall be in accordance with all Federal, State and local goverment regulations. The NAICS code for this project is 238140. The small business size standard for this project is $13 million. The estimated price range of this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Project performance time 65 days after Notice to Proceed. This project will be solicited and awarded in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, Public Law 100-656. Accordingly, this project is open to both small and large businesses. Although not required, a site visit is highly recommended before quoting on this project. The Request for Quotation, with specifications and drawings, will be posted to websites: http://www.fedbizopps.gov and http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about August 11, 2006. No hard copies of the Request for Quotation will be mailed or issued. To receive a quote package, you must download it from http://ideasec.nbc.gov.
