Description

To: All recipients of the prospectus to provide lodging, retail, food and beverage, RV campground, service station, and other visitor services at Stovepipe Wells and Scotty's Castle within Death Valley National Park. This Modification/Errata Sheet (No. 1) revises and clarifies information provided in the Business Opportunity and Proposal Package as follows: 1. Business Opportunity Page 40 of 41: Franchise Fee - Delete in its entirety and insert: The minimum franchise fee set forth under Principal Selection Factor 5 in the Proposal Package is 2 percent up to and including Gross Receipts of $4.5 million, 6.5 percent of Gross Receipts over $4.5 million, but less than or equal to $5.5 million, and 10 percent of Gross Receipts in excess of $5.5 million. 2. Proposal Package Page 13 of 14: Principal Selection Factor 5 - Delete the first paragraph in its entirety and insert: The minimum franchise fee set forth under Principal Selection Factor 5 in the Proposal Package is 2 percent up to and including Gross Receipts of $4.5 million, 6.5 percent of Gross Receipts over $4.5 million, but less than or equal to $5.5 million, and 10 percent of Gross Receipts in excess of $5.5 million.
