- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head, Md. (NSWCIH) intends to award a Sole Source purchase order to Jim Potter Accelerator Works. The procurement consist of the following: Refurbish and upgrade a Lansar Accelerator system. The requirement will require the replacement of GS35B (quantity of 30), repair and refurbish the cryogenic vacuum pumps, compressors, hoses and roughing pump to supply a fully functional neutron generator. The applicable North American Industrial classification System (NIACS) code is 811310. The FSC code is K099. The resulting purchase order will be firm fixed price awarded on or before 10-August-2006. Negotiation being conducted using other than full and open competition procedures pursuant to authority of 10 U.S.C.2304 (C) (1). See Note 22.
