Description

The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) has issued this Request for Information (RFI) this is for obtaining information only. The BEP is searching for sources for the following item: A Power mixer which is to be used to mix PVC roller compounds. The Mixer features are as follows: Double planetary with a total mixing capacity of four (4) gallons. See attachment A for an additional detailed list of specifications - requirements. This Request for information is open to all sources. The Small Business size Standard is 500 employees and the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 333298. All interested contractors shall submit a package, which will be reviewed. Interested parties may submit one or more packages for different makes and/or models with complete specifications which will be used for comparison with attachment ?A?. Please include the following in your submission: Company name, point of contact, address, telephone and fax numbers, tax ID number, Duns number, business size status (that is small business, disadvantaged business, Veteran owned, woman owned business, Large, etc.). Responses are due by 12 Noon, August 23, 2006. Written responses are to be sent to Bureau of Engraving and Printing, 14th and C Streets SW, Attention David Mork, Room 705-A, Washington, DC 20228. Due to anticipated response package size, phone, Fax, or e-mail responses will not be honored.
