- Description
- This procurement is for miscellaneous repairs to the United States Border Station, in Coburn Gore, ME. The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, supplies, materials, parts, equipment, and tools required to perform the specified work. Some of the work consists of window replacement, door replacement, plumbing, renovations to entryways to meet UFAS requirements, replace floor finishes, remove and replace the existing electrical service entrance, meter, panels and distribution. The NAICS code is 236220. The Small Business Size Standard is 31 million dollars. This project is 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. Performance and Payment bonds of 100% will be required under this contract. Estimated project cost is between $250,000 and $500,000. Estimated issue date of this IFB will be on or about 08/11/06. Pre-bid site visit/walk-thru will be on or about 08/22/06.
