- The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Portland, Oregon, has a requirement at the Sutter National Wildlife Refuge, 4529 Schlag Road, Yuba City, CA 95993 (Sutter County) to replace the 25 year old septic system at the Sutter Shop. Project magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. This will be a "best value" procurement with award based on Price and Past Performance/Experience with similar requirements.
