Description: This office intends to issue a competitive Invitation for Bid (IFB) to provide all parts, labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to perform all work required for removal of concrete tent pads and nine building fo undations, and includes backfill, landscape preparation and seeding, located at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin, in accordance with the specifications, wage determination, and other terms of the contract. This will be a firm-fixed price, indefinite delivery, indefi nite quantity contract with a base (from 20 September 2006 19 September 2007) and one (1) one-year option period. Total magnitude of this acquisition is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00 when the base and two option years are combined. A 20% bid bond will be required. Payment and performance bonds will be required after award. NAICS Code 238910 applies with a size standard of $13.0 Million. This procurement is being set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned (SDVO) small businesses. Solicitation s, specifications and drawing will be made available electronically at http://www.fedbizopps.gov on or about 12 August 2006 with bid opening on or about 14 September 2006.
