Description: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District, Portland Oregon(COE) has a requirement for the purchase of acoustic micro-transmitters, which will be implanted into yearling and sub-yearling Chinook salmon and other juvenile fishes. The technica l requirement was previously advertised on 8 June 2006 as W9127N-06-Q-0111, and has not changed. This is a 100% Small Business Set-A-Side. Please identify your business size in your response based upon the size standard indicated below. A notice and lin k for download of the solicitation from FedTeds will be posted on the FEDBIZOPS website when the solicitation becomes available. Any changes and/or updates to the solicitation will be posted on FEDBIZOPS at www.fbo.gov . Interested parties must register on FedTeds, www.fedteds.gov, to download the solicitation and any subsequent amendments. Responses to the RFP must include the company name, street address, city, state, country, zip code or postal code, Point of Contract, telephone number, e-mail address and socio-economic status. The reference number is W9127N-06-R-0031. The solicitation is expected to be available on or about 2 Aug 2006, but in no case later than 8 Aug 2006.
