Description

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Renovation of approx. 5,850 sf. of an existing maintenance shop. The structure is a heavy tmber and wood framed with wood siding and asphalt shingles. Work will entail interior renovation of offices and maintenance shop spaces to include new interior elctrical wiring and lighting, installation of new ADA accessible toilet and shower rooms and installation of a new heating system ESTIMATED PRICE RANGE: Between $250,000 and $500,000. SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS: The solicitation, AG-82X9-S-06-0238, and related documents will be issued via FedBizOpps as an Invitation For Bids (IFB) and will be available for downloading on or about August 11, 2006 at the website address http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. The NAICS code for this project is 236210. A Pre-Bid Visit date will be included in the solicitation. All vendors are required to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database (CCR) prior to award of a Federal contract. Registration may be completed on the internet at http://www.ccr.gov/. A handbook and other information are available at the site, including information on how to obtain a DUNS number, which is required to begin the registration process.
