This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Requests For Quotation (RFQ) are being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. The Coast Guard ELC intends on obtaining pricing directly from the manufacturer(s) or its authorized distributors. BRAND NAME ONLYNO ALTERNATE PART NUMBERS WILL BE ACCEPTABLE. Quotations shall include unit price, proposed delivery in days (after receipt of order), your company and Tax ID number and DUNS number. Each unit shall be individually packaged in accordance with ASTM D3951-98 (R2004). Each unit shall be individually marked In accordance with MIL-STD-129. Bar Coding In accordance with ANSI/AIM BC1 is required. The Request For Quotation (RFQ) number is HSCG40-06-Q-20361. This RFQ incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-45. Applicable Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) is 5963, North American Industry Code is 334513, size 500 employees. The acquisition is: Item 001. 5963-01-499-4638, Electronic Module, Standardize Remote input/output drop, Compenent fo the Main Propulsion control and monitoring system (MPCMS). quantity 16 each, Square D Company, Corp. Offices., Part Number 140-CRA-93200 ONLY. Delivery to be made within 90 days after award. Items to be delivered F.O.B. Destination to: Receiving Officer, USCG Engineering Logistics Center, Receiving Room Bldg. #88, 2401 Hawkins Point Road Baltimore, Maryland 21226. Final acceptance shall be at destination. Hard copies of the RFQ will not be mailed or distributed by this office.
