Description

This requirement is being procured in accordance with FAR Part 36, Construction and Architect-Engineer Contracts and in accordance with FAR Part 15, Negotiated Acquisition Procedures. The Department of the Air Force, Moody AFB, Georgia, intends to issue a Request For Proposals (RFP) to mill and pave the parking lot and install gutters and curbing. This solicitation is unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) 237310 is applicable to this solicitation. The size standard is $31.0 million. The project magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000. A firm fixed price contract will be issued with a performance period of 120 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. The RFP documents will be available for download electronically on the Federal Business Opportunities website or review a copy at the 347 Contracting Squadron office. Paper copies will not be available. In order to submit a proposal, you must be registered at the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) website at http://www.ccr.gov and use of a Dun and Bradstreet (Duns) and Federal Tax Identification Number (TIN) is required.
