Description

DESC: Contractor Repair of the M94 Conventional Muzzle Velocity System (MVS), NSN 1290-01-412-5760, PN 12950994; the M93 Paladin MVS, NSN 1290-01-503-4395, PN 13002073, and the Muzzle Communications Adapter, NSN 1290-01-468-6533, and components. FOB is Destination. For use on the 105mm, 155mm and 8-inch Howitzers and the M109A6 Paladin. The proposed contract will be a five-year requirements contract. Estimated issue date is 31 Aug 06. This is a sole source effort to a small business that owns the technical data. The solicitation is restricted to RSL Electronics USA Inc., 70 Round Hill Rd, Poughkeepsie NY 12603. Published for subcontracting purposes only. This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be i ssued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for bid opening/receipt of proposals may render your bid or proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same.
