If your company can provide the products or services listed on the BOM or SOW, and you are interested in receiving an RFQ for this requirement, please respond to this announcement and provide a capabilities statement. This is not a request for Quote or Proposal. It is mandatory that all responding vendors be registered in GSA's IT- Solutions Acquisition System (ITSS). The URL is https://it-solutions.gsa.gov/. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Project Background and Objectives. The Contractor, in partnership with the GSA Federal Technology Service, shall provide the acquisition, definition and management of dial-up internet services, cellular phone service, pager services and other wireless or electronic and/or telecommunications services via an internet application called the Joint Recruiting Management System (JRMS). The support will be available to all federal customers wishing to utilize the JRMS system. The four primary customers are the U.S. Army Recruiting Command, U.S. Navy Recruiting Command, U.S. Army National Guard Bureau, Marine Corps Recruiting Command and The ultimate end user receiving the benefit of this support is the recruiting staff as well as other command personnel. Task Specific FIP/Networking Environment. Hardware IBM PC TCP/IP Network Communications Various Printers Fax Machine Software MS Windows 98/NT Microsoft Office Professional 97 Communications Software: SMARTCOM, ProComm Plus Lotus Notes TECHNICAL SERVICES REQUIRED This SOW scope covers the research, analysis, management, maintenance, acquisition, billing, technical support and customer service support for all federal customers utilizing this service. The SOW will be divided into several Milestones that reflect the type of service required. Additional Milestones may be added throughout the life of this task order should additional customers request the support provided by the JRMS Central Order Processing Center. Milestone One will be activated for the U.S. Army Recruiting Command. Other Milestones will be optional and activated as deemed necessary via separate task order.
