- The Air Force Flight Test Center (AFFTC), Edwards AFB intends to solicit and award a sole source, Firm-Fixed Price contract, under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, to TSI incorporated, 500 Cardigan Road, Shoreview, MN 55126. The NAICS code is 334513. The following items will be procured: CLIN 0001, One (1) Breadboard Mounts for Coherent I-70 series water cooled laser. PN: 9147D; CLIN 0002, One (1) Three Component Fiber Optic PDPA receiver, 72 mm clear aperture, 300 mm focal length, 10m fiber optic cable. PN: RV3070; CLIN 0003, One (1) 83 mm Diameter, Single Component Fiberoptic Transceiver for 476.5 nm, 61 mm clear aperture, 363 mm F.L. lens, 8m fiberoptic cable. PN: TR160-13; CLIN 0004, One (1) 83 mm diameter, two component fiberoptic transceiver for 514.5 and 488 nm, 61 mm clear aperture, 363 mm F.L. lens, 8 m fiberoptic cable. PN: TR260; CLIN 0005, One (1) 3D PDPA (2 transmitter) mount kit, mounts & rotation plates for attaching 2 PDPA transmitters & 1 receiver onto 90x90mm Rail, includes pinhole. PN: M-3DP; CLIN 0006, One (1) Multibit Digital Burst Correlator for velocity and size, 175 MHz max. Doppler frequency, 800 MHz sampling rate, 3 channels, firewire interface, flowsizer software package. PN: FSA4000-3P; CLIN 0007, One (1) FiberLight Multicolor Beam Generator with six fiberoptic couplers. PN: FBL-3. CLIN 0008, One (1) Three-Channel Photo Detector Module for LDV and PDPA, S14.5, 488, and 476.5 nm. PN: PDM10003LP. Contractors interested in this requirement should submit a technical package, which provides clear and convincing evidence that they can meet the Government?s requirement. In addition, the response should include any special requirements for a commercial contract (i.e. Commercial Financing, Warranty Provisions, Delivery Information, etc.) in accordance with FAR Part 12. Anticipated Award Date is 14 Aug 2006. Responses must be received no later than (NLT) 1:00 p.m., Pacific Daylight Time, 10 Aug 2006.
