Description: The Government is pursuing A Justification and Approval citing 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), Only One Responsible Source And No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. HDR, Inc. is the proposed sole source contractor. HDR, Inc. is the only source to accomplish this requirement due to its overall NICU experience and unique institutional knowledge, and specific constraints of the TAMC NICU.
