Los Angeles Service Center, Los Angeles, CA 90012 DESCRIPTION: The General Services Administration (GSA), is interested in leasing approximately 1,590 rentable square feet of contiguous office and related space yielding a minimum of 1,383 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet (previously usable) to a maximum of 1,452 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet along with two (2) parking spaces. TENANT: Social Security Administration, Office of Hearings and Appeals (SSA/OHA). LOCATION: Offered properties must be located within the following delineated area within Palmdale, California: E. Avenue Q (Northern boundary), Sierra Highway (Western boundary), E. Avenue R (Southern boundary) 10th Street East (Eastern boundary). Both sides of boundary streets shall be considered. LEASE TERM: The lease will be for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm. Desired occupancy date is January 1, 2007. REQUIRED: Any offered buildings must be of sound and substantial construction, of a type generally recognized as modern, office space. The space must be altered to meet the Government?s requirements, must be fully serviced, must be fully accessible in accordance with ADA standards, and must conform to applicable Life Safety Performance Level of RP 6 (seismic standards).
