Description

Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing interior structures and miscellaneous equipment, and furnish labor, materials and equipment and perform work for project 538-06-105, entitled "Pharmacy IV Prep Room" at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Chillicothe, Ohio, as required by the drawings and specifications. New work includes the construction of interior partitions, ceiling systems, interior finishes, HVAC air handling equipment, fans, terminal units and associated ductwork, electrical and plumbing including the modification of fire sprinkler system. Work to be completed within 168 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Plans and specifications will be available o/a 8/16/06. Hard copies will be available upon written request to the Contracting Officer and may be faxed to 740-772-7008. Estimated cost range is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. A pre-bid conference and site visit will be held on Thursday, August 31, 2006 at 10:00 am (local time) at the DVA Medical Center, Building 1, Room 121, 17273 State Route 104, Chillicothe, Ohio. All prospective contractors, subcontractors and suppliers are encouraged to attend. This solicitations is 100% Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business contractors.
