Description

Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and qualified supervision necessary to perform the project Nursing Home Care Unit (NHCU) Painting. Project includes installation of new wall finishes for approx. 1400 LF of corridor walls in Bldg 12 NHCU to include: removal and reinstallation of existing handrail, bumper guards, corner guards, etc.; prep and repainting of walls and hard ceiling areas, installation of PVC wainscot and trim, new rubber base, and wallpaper accent strip, etc. VA will provide all paint for use on the project. This procurement is set-aside 100% for award to Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business concerns. Offers from other than service-disabled veteran owned small business concerns will not be considered and shall be rejected. NAICS 238320 applies to this procurement with a Size Standard of $13.0 million. Cost range for the subject project is $25,000.00 - $100,000.00. Solicitation packages will be available after 8/15/06. There will be a non-refundable $35.00 bid package fee. Request for solicitation package must be in writing on company letterhead and mailed, along with bid package fee to VA Medical Center Spokane, WA, Attn: Rich Hague (90C), 4815 N Assembly St, Spokane, WA 99205. Bids are due no later than 2:00 pm local time on 9/15/06 in Building 5 Room 107, VA Medical Center Spokane, WA, 4815 N Assembly St, Spokane, WA 99205.
