Description

The White Sands Missile Range Contracting Office plans to procure on a sole source basis one Klystron; which includes Thales TH2128C, @ 2856 MHz, a solenoid coil, Counter coil and associated accessories from ISA Corporation, 6780 Sierra Court, Suit e R, Dublin, California 94568-2600. The ISA team consists of key members that have provided many accelerator systems and subsystems over the years and have been specifically responsible for providing a number of key accelerator subsystems to White Sands. Because of the number of subsystems that were provided to White Sands for their Accelerator Program by the ISA Team, they are understandably familiar with the accelerator and its many subsystems. Because of the experience of the ISA team with accelerator systems and their specific knowledge of the White Sands accelerator subsystems and equipment they can help avoid the risks associated with purchasing complex equipment from suppliers that may not fully understand the application.
