Description

Project consists of the development of roads and parking lots. The work consist of site preparation, site grading, installation of culverts, extensions, and manhole, remove and re-install a 2' X 3' inlet box, asphalt paving, concrete curb, pad, and sidewalk, lighting, drain spouts, striping of parking lot, and a flag pole. The estimated magnitude of this requirement in terms of physical characteristics and estimated price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. This procurement is issued unrestricted under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, Public Law 100-656, and is NOT set-aside exclusively for small business concerns. For information purposes, the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 238990, Asphalt, Residential and Commercial Driveway and Parking Area, with a size standard of $13.0 million. The solicitation package will be available via electronic commerce at http://ideasec.nbc.gov and http://fedbizopps.gov on or about 08/16/06 with bid opening scheduled for 09/15/06.
