Description

The U.S. Department of the Interior, National Business Center/GovWorks, on behalf the Office of Disability, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), intends to make a firm-fixed price, sole source award to Mary Rollefson. Specifically, DHHS has the need for Ms. Rollefson as an independent evaluator for the anticipated GovWorks award 63068 (NGA) (for logistical and technical assistance services to perform a wide range of activities leading to de-implementation and attainment of action plans to address the needs of young adults with disabilities to participating States in support of the Comprehensive Service System Initiative to Address Young Adults (14-30 years of age) with the Disabilities program of the Office on Disability, Health and Human Services, Office of the Secretary). Due to the urgency of this requirement, the announcement is published as a Sole Source in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b). This is NOT a request for competitive quotes. The intent of this Pre-Solicitation notice is for informational purposes only. However, any information received by 4:00 pm EDT, 1 August 2006 will be considered by the Government.
