Description

The Government intends to award a cost-plus fixed-fee contract to Dynamics Research Corporation for the procurement of Simulation Modeling Analytical Support System (SMASS) sustainment, increased capability, additional training at Naval Air Depot, Jacksonville (NADEP JAX), and the exploration of additional implementation areas within the NAVAIR system. The SMASS program supports fleet-driven metrics and NADEP Jacksonville's current and future readiness. To provide better metrics and readiness information, the SMASS program requires value added enhancements including ?what-if? analysis, the addition of new processes to the system, and ongoing training for key personnel. **NOTE 22** This synopsis is for informational purposes only as the Government intends to award this on a sole source basis.
