- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. It is the intent of NAVAIR Orlando, Training Systems Division, 12350 Research Parkway, Orlando, FL to award a Firm Fixed Price sole source Purchase Order, utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP), to Loyola Enterprises, Inc, 2984 South Lynnhaven Road, Suite 101, Virginia Beach, VA 23452, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, however all other timely offers will be considered. Loyola Enterprises, Inc. is a small business. This sole source is based on the fact hardware is proprietary and only available from manufacturer. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quote is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation N61339-06-T-0038 is issued as a request for quote and incorporates the provision and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-11. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 334112 with a size standard of 1000.
