Description
UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Seeks Leased Office Space Titusville, FL AMOUNT: The United States Government is seeking a full-service office lease and related space (space must be contiguous, street level is required) consisting of approximately 4,356 rentable square feet, yielding 3,821 BOMA usable square feet available for use by Tenant for personnel, furnishings and equipment. PARKING: The government requires adequate parking for a minimum of four (4) spaces for government vehicles and six (6) designated visitor spaces at no additional cost. Fifteen (15) parking spaces for employees shall be available within two blocks at no additional cost to the Government. Parking shall be paved and well-lighted. LOCATION: Delineated area is: North: Dairy Road West: Interstate 95 South: Route 50 East: Indian River TERM: The proposed lease shall be for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm and must be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy by February 14, 2007. REQUIREMENTS: All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alternations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The building must be located in a professional surrounding and/or tasteful rehabilitation in current use. Streets and public sidewalks must be well maintained. Building offered for consideration must be of sound and substantial construction. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire & Life Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. A portion of the office space should have the capacity to support a localized floor load of at least 3,500 pounds over a 9 to 15 square foot area. Computer rooms must have additional HVAC and electrical power needs with a backup generator to accommodate equipment. Unrestricted access must be made available for Law Enforcement officials with weapons. INTERESTED PARTIES: Submit pertinent information by August 11, 2006 to Bridgette.Chase@am.jll.com.
