Description

Replacement telephone system to a complete digital/analog voice telephone system as a Private Branch Exchange with Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) and will be referred to as "PBX". The work includes furnishing and installing an NEC 2400 IPX telecommunication system to include telephone switch, voice mail/automated attendant, automatic call distribution, voice over internet protocol capabilities, and some copper cabling requirements. Call detail reporting shall also be provided. Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) functions must be supported for both trunks and end user devices. The necessary interfaces, to include hardware and software, to support wireless functionality shall be provided. The government intends to negotiate with Telecommunication Solutions Group, Inc. on sole-source basis under the Small Business Administration (SBA) 8(a) program.
