Description: Removal of an existing comfort chiller and replacement with a new complete and functioning chiller package is required at the USDA, Agricultural Research Service, U.S. Meat Animal Research Center, Clay Center, NE. The chiller shall be installed in the main floor mechanical room of Building #17-24. Work includes associated piping, valves, fittings, controls, wiring, etc. The Government estimates the cost of construction between $100,000 and $150,000.
