Description

This Request for Quotations is for a Camera that shall be identical to a Tsi Model 630062 Camera and shall meet the following specifications: 1. 4008 x 2672 pixels. 2. 9.0 x 9.0 micron pixel size. 3. 12 bit dynamic range. 4. 4.8 fps or faster frame straddling mode capable. 5. 60,000 electrons saturation signal. 6. 50% maximum quantum efficiency. 7. 10-40C operating temperature. 8. 340 nm to 730 nm spectral range. 9. Blooming supression >1,000x 10. 30 Mhz per channel pixel clock rate. 11. 200 ns frame stradling time. 12. Integral protective mask on the CCD and digitization circuitry for low noise to signal ratio. 13. F-mount lens. 14. Dual output parallel LDVS camera output. 15. Free run, triggered and frame straddling operation modes. 16. Camera control per RS-232 via frame grabber cable. 17. LED displays for power and output on camera display. 18. 45 x 68 x 66mm camera head. 19. 0.8kg or less weight. 20. Campatible with TSI 64-bit camera link interface. 21. 5m universal power supply cable. 22. 12VDC at 6.0W power. 23. Nikon 60mm Micro F-mount lens standard. 24. Compatible with INSIGHT 3G data acquisition analysis and display software. 25. Capable of integration into TSI based PIV and PLIF measurement systems. 26. 12 month warranty after delivery. 27. 12 week delivery after award. Each Offeror shall submit specifications and information that identifies the how the camera they are offering meets these specifications. Offerors who fail to do so will not be considered for award. This camera shall be deliverd to the USDA Forest Service, Rocky Mountain Research Station, Fire Sciences Laboratory, 5775 US Highway 10 West, Missoula, Montana, 59808. This Request for Quotations (RFQ) is available for full and open competition. The RFQ will be available for free download at www.fedbizopps.gov on August 1, 2006. The due date for thos solicitation is August 15, 2006.
