- This solicitation will contain one NSN for a Relay, Box Assy. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an indefinite quantity contract. The award will be for a base year and four option years. An export control technical data package exists. The NSN, and Estimated Annual Quantity (EAQ) are as follows: NSN: 6615-01-244-9740; Base Year EAQ: 60 each; Option Year EAQ: 60 each. Delivery: FOB: Destination; Inspection/Acceptance: Origin; 49 days after first article approval. The solicitation requires contractor first article testing. Inspection of one (1) sample is required. This is a 100% small business set-aside. Specifications, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are available via an export control technical data package and can be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about 24 August 06. The anticipated award date is 29 February 07. Reference notes 1, 23 and 26.
