<font color=purple size=3 type=?Century Gothic?>Wilkes Barre VAMC is seeking information from any contractor potentially interested in providing a complete vendor-operated outpatient clinic for eligible veterans in the area within and around the the limits of Schuylkill County, PA. Enrollment figures for January, March, and May, 2006 are 756, 770, and 777 patients, respectively. Historically the CBOC contract has been priced on a per-member per month/ capitated basis. Contract period is date of award for one year with four (4) one year option renewals. The NAICS is 621111; size standard is $9.0M.
