Description
This is a Sources Sought Notice to determine the capability of potential sources and the availability of commercial sources pursuant to FAR 10. This notice is issued by the 20th Contracting Squadron Shaw AFB, SC to identify sources capable of providing all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision, required to provide Sky Watch Frontier NIJ Level III which provides flexible surveillance options for high level security scenarios. Height at deployed is 25 feet; transport is 8 feet eight inches. Weight is approximately 8,300 pounds with a 7.5 KW diesel Generator, dual pump and a 100-gallon fuel tank. Fuel run time is 120 hours and is powered by a 120 or 220 VAC. 51 inch extended stabilizer jacks, dual axels, fold outriggers, and flood light packages. Set up time is less than ten minutes. Dual roof-mounted spotlight package (360 degree view). Standard features, totally self-sustained, heating and air conditioning, customized surveillance equipment integration, tinted anti-ballistic slant-out windows with gun ports, roof mounted A/C & heater, One roof mounted spot light, solar panel for increased energy output for charging batteries and floor mounted swivel chair. Tyvek cover for overseas shipments Increase charging capability from 10 amps to 60 amps for rapid charging. Folding brackets for the camera mount folding bracket for the wind speed meter. Control console with weatherproof switch panel, roof mounted floodlights maintenance free batteries. Two 110V GFI outlets, one 12-v outlet, a failsafe hydraulic system with electric and manual ascend and descend controls. Plywood floor plats on all metal surfaces, raised tow hitch for easier transport with military vehicle Cab tie downs installed on the lifting arms, C-130 transportable. PARTIAL SHIPMENT IS AUTHORIZED. The applicable NAICS code is 339999 (All Other Miscellaneous Manufacturing); there is no solicitation at this time but if one is submitted time is of the essence and delivery date. The government encourages participation of 8(a), Hub Zone, Service-Disabled Veteran Owned, Women Owned, Small Disadvantage Businesses, and other.
