- This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Commercial Items prepared in accordance with the Format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Reference Number V5523861920190 is issued as a request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 97-19. This solicitation is Unrestricted. NAICS 335999. The EODMU 6, Charleston , SC requires the following items: Explosive Ordnance Disposal Kit, P/N IDFEODKIT, Quantity: 2 Each, identifinder-N/e3, plus one each Nal(T1) 25B51/1 as spare pelican case and source kit. The digital gamma spectrometer is intended for rapidly locatin, accurately measuring and quickly identifying radioactive gamma/X-ray isotopes. The gamma detector is a 31 x 38 mm (1.2 inch x 1.5 inch) Nal(T1) detector with integral, exempt (15 nCi) Cs stabilization source, the useful measuring range is from background to 100 mrem/h.The Manufacture is Thermo Electron Corporation.
