Description

On the behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency, the Missile & Space Intelligence Center's (MSIC) Virginia Contracting Activity intends to purchase the following pieces of equipment manufactured by CISCO Systems Inc. with a trade-in of CISCO 4235s in exchange for model 4260s: 3 each PN-MARS 100e 3RU Appliance, 3000 EPS, 750GB RAID10, HW/SW (Part #: CS-MARS-100e-k9); 3 each SMARTNET 8X5X4 PN-MARS 100e 3RU (part #: CON-SNTE-MARS100E); 1 each PN-MARS Global Controller (Any Model LC) HW/SW (part #: CS-MARS-GC-K9); 1 each SMARTNET 8X5XNDB PN-MARS Global Controller (part #: CON-SNT-MARSGC); 6 each IPS 4260 Appliance Sensor-1GB, Redundant Power (part #: IPS-4260-K9); 6 each Power Cord, 110V (part #: CAB-AC); 6 each IPS Software for IDS 4260 (part #: IPS-SW); 6 each IPS SVC AR NDB ISP 4260 Appliance (part #: CON-SU1-IPS4260); 6 each 4235 trade-in credit with purchased 4260 (part #: MISC). These exact items are required; NO SUBSTITUTIONS ALLOWED. The following clauses apply to this procurement: FAR Clause 52.212-1 (Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items (Jan 2006)); FAR Clause 52.212-2 (Evaluation--Commercial Items (Jan 1999)); FAR Clause 52.212-3 (Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items (Jun 2006)); FAR Clause 52.212-4 (Contract Terms and Conditions--Commercial Items (Sep 2005)).
